Excellent Service – Hi I just had a Carrier 13 seer air conditioner & gas furnace system installed. I could not be more happy with my unit. It is my 1st central air, so I'm sure that may have something to do with it, but everyone there seemed really nice, I'm a single mother/women and have no knowledge about heating & cooling think that they were very helpful in helping me make my decision. I will be recommending them in the future. Thanks Academy!
Never again purchase heater on Friday still don't have heat heater blowing out cold air and no heat in back of house claim would handle on Monday never call Tuesday called again no manager or owner available techs very inexperienced will contact lawyer if problem not solved

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received through this company trying to fix my air conditioning unit. I had two experiences with this company. Experience 1: I was given a 1-5 pm time slot. 5:10 pm I had not heard anything and called the company. After another 15 or 20 minutes, a technician finally showed up. They diagnosed our problem and said they would contact our home warranty company to see how they wanted to proceed. Don't use this company's services – big company. low level experienced technicians. no one has answers when things go wrong. every person who answers phone is not in charge and doesn't have ability to help. Managers and owner never in office to answers questions. No one is accountable. Like every other contractor, this company can't keep an appointment. Use a mom/pop company instead. At least you know who is accountable.
Unbelievably Poor Service – Calls made to inquire about the status of service was met with lack of concern. These calls were made over a two week period and they provided absolutely no information on the status of the repair other than they were waiting on parts. The technician arrived after the scheduled window of arrival time and no calls were received to indicate that might be the case.
