I received an extremely rude phone call from Debbie in their Billing Department and I don't even owe them any money. She called because I had to reschedule some appointments due to mandatory overtime and she was practically a monster to me. I will NEVER deal with this place again and will advise any other person to stay far away. If they don't get rid of her, she will only continue to drive other people who cannot help they have to reschedule, away from that place. She left a putrid taste in my mouth. Academic Dermatology of Nevada...Dr. Samlaska is the smartest and most honest, caring doctor in his field . He is straight forward about his diagnosis. He gives a patient a clear explanation of what they are dealing with. He got me to give up sun- worshipping 8 years ago, and my skin looks so much better. He has treated both my husband and myself for skin problems. He is definitely the best dermatologist in Las Vegas/Henderson.
Excellent Doctor and staff with a great atmosphere. No wait time one minute at the most.
Worst office on the planet. Saw Dr. Samlaska and didn't care what I had to say and treated me like I was bothering him. Then I had a follow up appt. and he had to cancel, which whatever, stuff happens. But when the receptionist called to tell me, she was just as arrogant and rude. Must be what they train and strive for there, arrogance and rudeness
I love this office every appointment i have i never wait more than 5-10 minutes. Very friendly doctors quick and efficient!!! I highly recommend!!!!
