Rented a unit from these folks a month after hurricane Irma. They had roof work done shortly after I moved in without notifying me. Their contractors cut holes in my roof and let water, tar, roof debris, dirt, termite dust and all sorts of other stuff fall through and ruin my belongings. Their response was “Should have paid extra for the insurance!” and they are putting this all on me. This place is disgusting and you should not put anything you care about in this building.
