My experience at Escondido Dental Group was wonderful. Everyone was polite and quick to answer any questions that I had. I didn't have to wait to be seen, and overall it was a pleasant experience.
The experience was comfortable. The staff members were all professional. They explained the procedures and payments thoroughly. Great customer service.

Mona is the best hygienist there is. Friendly, funny and efficient with incredibly steady hands.
Front office staff was very friendly and very helpful. They even honored my insurance pricing sheet even though it was not going to go into effect by the date of the service. My dentist was very informative of what needed to be done. My only complaint was that I was not provided a goody bag with a toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, etc.. as I normally got from previous dentists!
