I would say overall my experience was a good one. I feel there is opportunity to improve, though. The technician that took me in for initial assessment didn't explain to me what was going to take place. He didn't clearly introduce himself and what his title was. More energy and enthusiasm would help. He was friendly, though, and helpful in answering any questions I had. I got a good first impression of Dr. Lee.
