I was given AC Castles name from a friend. I called, they returned my call promptly and came to give me an estimate. I felt the estimate was very fair, there was no pressure involved. I decided to have the work done. They were great in getting me on the schedule, the communication was excellent, I even texted them at night on a weekend and they got right back to me. Had Ac Castle re-shingle And replace 13 panels in our roof 9 years ago and were given a 15 year warranty on our roof. our roof Started to lift I and buckle so my husband called In 2020 at 8 years and left several messages, he received one return call to make sure they had the correct contact info with no further calls. 2021 He started trying to contact again, we finally got in contact with the owner, he proceeded to have several conversations over the phone including the owner calling my husband a f&*@ing idiot as my husband... read more
Norm and Corinne were a pleasure to work with. Very responsive to my calls. A.C. Castle's pricing was competitive and even offered a senior discount :-). The work was done in a timely manner and the day after, you wouldn't know they did any work. Clean up was excellent! I also needed repair work on the dormer something they don't do, but Norm made a few phone calls and found me someone. Definitely would recommend them!
