The technicians were very knowledgeable and thorough. Everything was explained to me as they addressed the problem. They were respectful of my home and cleaned up after the work was completed. I would be very comfortable calling AC by J for any future services.

We are very happy with the installation of a new HVAC system ACbyJ. **** listened to our needs and put a thought out plan in place to meet those requirements. The techs on the installation and set up team, IIan, ****, *******, ******** and *******, worked efficiently together to get out complete split system up and running within 8 hours. The whole team listened, explained and answered all of our questions and were refreshingly professional!

Wonderful service from a very competent technician. ******* arrived on time and completed an extensive check of my HVAC system. Everything was explained clearly. An altogether positive experience.******************
Do not use them. They are a rip off and incompetent as well. Called them to address a toilet issue in my office. I told them what I believed was wrong (Issue with water feed). They told me it was the fill valve and gave me a price of $308 for a part that is less than $25 and a job that should take well less than an hour to complete. I told them no thank you. I called someone else and it turned to to the angle stop on the water feed (as I suspected) and I was charged $90 for the repair.
