Used to love them…sold to a much larger company. Prices went through the roof…they messed up my house to the tune of $52,000 and had their insurance company give me $28,000. This is after I paid them over $14,000 for services for a particular project. Ac by j was AWESOME. This company broke my heart. DONE

I called 2 months ago to cancel contract and they told me I have been overcharged and would rebate my account to provide coverage until the balances were completed. Was originally on contract and was charged for services i did not sign up for. (plumbing clean out, etc.) I also had a poor experience with an overzealous ac/salesperson who was selling my wife with fear. To prevent her and my dog from getting stuck in the summer. I replaced parts on my own for about $200 rather than the bill for nearly $3500 or new AC units. Now... read more

UPDATE due to the response they gave stating someone would call me shortly....I have not received a call at all after this post. That must have been cancelled like all of the appointments we had with them! 🤔 But no need to call me. The woman I spoke to when I cancelled our services with them was not at all interested anyway. Since the merge with Any Hour, this "company" has been AWFUL. We pay monthly and every time we schedule service with them, they cancel, mostly due to not enough technicians. We were supposed to have AC service today between 8-12. My husband called yesterday to confirm because of their history canceling.
