Serviceman was here on time to perform routine maintenance. Service was done with a review of his findings (none). Didn't try to upsell and answered any questions I had.
Tech made what I thought to be a very difficult repair, into an easy and straightforward process. I am quite impressed at the speed and quality of the repair.

First time I used them for a routine drain and flush of my electric water heater. I found them highly professional. They also found a problem with my water heater and thoroughly explained it to me and fixed it promptly. I will definitely use AC by J again!

I've been very pleased with the technicians for all services they have provided. The technician's have been very professional and knowledgeable. They have been very respectful at all times. I would highly recommend AC by J. I like to know my home will be checked out by professionals. I would like for ****** to be my regular technician for my air conditioning and heating. ******* for my plumbing. There is a reason a company can be in business for several years.

I have found that those who have been dispatched to my place on various occasions over the years are courteous, professional and do the right thing. I have been pleased and utilize their monthly service plan for discounts as needed.
