AbsoluteCare exceeds all of my expectations of what a medical facility should be. AbsoluteCare has everything I need all under one roof. I find it clean, convenient, very knowledgeable & the staff alone sets the bar high!! I feel as if I am finally on the right track for my health & visiting family at the same time. Thank You to everyone at AbsoluteCare for giving me hope again!
First visit and everyone has been amazing. Everyone has been warm and friendly with great bedside manner. The intake specialist was warm and friendly as I entered. The triage nurse was bubbly and personable and the doctor had wonderful bedside manner. The nurse that gave me the shot was even full of awesomness. I barely felt it. I work in medicine, so I don't get impressed easily!! Thanks for such great customer service.
One of the most arrogant MDs I have EVER seen (Dr Malikl). What an unmitigated ass (he then 'fired' me? wait- who is paying who here??). I tried a complaint but was pretty much ignored. Cramped, crazy-making place. Just because they advertise in 'gay media' does not mean we 'have' to give them 'our' dollars. You can do much much better else where. A few bad apples DO spoil the bunch. Its Pride Medical all over again (sigh)... You can find better. Really. Agreed, this place is quite simply a money factory.
Dr. Hoos is awesome and caress about her patients.
I have been coming to this clinic for almost 2 years, having transitioned from Pride Medical. Terry Hackworth and Jacarda Smith are the two main reasons I continue to drive 2 hours to be seen. However, the rest of the office staff are horrible. Each time I go to either the lab or to one of the many and confusing check out stations, I have to wait for someone to return to their desk to be helped. And then I am given attitude by these people. This is a 2 facility a will stay with this company. Doctor Hoos is a thoughtful and great doctor one of the best I've had in years she takes time out to let you know is your doing bad or great I'm very happy to have found her and her nurses are one of the best I've ever had to deal with I will stay here as long as possible they have helped me to get my health situations under control one thing I never thought would happen
