Shawn and Paul were very friendly and professional. They installed 3 ceiling fans and took the time to balance 2 of them when I noticed a slight wobble. They all function perfectly. As an added bonus, Shawn also took the time to oil all of my bathroom fans just because I mentioned that they could use a tune up, for no extra charge.
