Good experience. They arrived when they said they would, even called to say they were on their way. Shawn provided input on materials I could purchase ahead of the service to reduce costs, and this was very helpful. They did the work as requested and some additional items I discovered after the initial appointment was established. They were polite, informative, and did a good job leaving the house tidy on their departure.

They helped me move a junction box for my new wall ovens and hooked the new unit up. They had to deal with a tight spot with a cold air return in the wall and a drawer under the unit. They did a great job and made it look easy. I will likely be using them again for other projects. I highly recommend them.

Sent an e-mail on Sunday--received phone call Sunday evening. Set up appointment. Arrived, completed work, billed amount EXACTLY as estimated. No surprises at all except the quality of work was vastly better than I expected. Workers were neat, careful, methodical in diagnosing problem and fixing only what was needed. They were friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. I would use them again if I had any electrical jobs in the future.

I was having a problem with my electricity. The electric panel kept tripping leaving me with no electricity. Shaun came out to look at it and determined I needed a new electrical panel. That same week, Shaun sent to technicians to install a new Square D panel. It was done before the estimated time. I was also given a run through on the switches and how to reset a tripped switch.
