Shawn scheduled this appointment when that was convenient for me, showed up on time, and quickly fixed the problem, demonstrating a lot of resourcefulness in the process (he rewired the internals of the lighting fixture). Highly recommended.
There guys were great and they performed beyond my expectations. They understood the urgency. They called me on the holiday and said they would be there at 6:30. And they were. They explained everything. I felt the pricing was very good. They did not try to pressure me or up sell me. The system is working great. i would highly recommend them!
If there were a rating of "excellent," that's the one I would check. Shauwn responded to my phone message with a call back in less than half an hour. He took time on the phone to explain what the problem might be and what each solution would involve. On the day of the service, he and Paul came right on time, were professional and personable, found the problem quickly and put things right, probably in less than a half hour.
