Did what they said they would do, when they said they'd do it. Very professional and polite. I'll give them first chance to handle all of my electrical needs going forward.
Actually Mr. Absolute Electric LLC didn't come, he just called and told me what I should be looking for and how I could fix it myself. After a little bit struggle, I was able to find the place and solve the problem. Since Mr. Absolute Electric LLC didn't have to come out, I saved the money and time. It's very noble of him to teach me to do it myself. Thank You!. Yes I highly recommend Mr. Absolute Electric for any household electrical issues that require a professional's attendance.
The team from Absolute Electric was very professional, on time, and efficient. I was so pleased with some minor outlet work they did that I hired them to rework the entire electric panel in my 33 year old house to accommodate a new deck with hot tub. Shawn is a super nice guy who works well with other contractors, does what he says he's going to do, has a fair price, and is extremely customer service oriented. What more could you want!?!
Shawn was very knowledgable and very friendly. He listened to the troubleshooting I had already done to solve the problem and acted on the information I gave him which greatly reduced the amount of time he needed to diagnose the problem. The result was me only having to pay the minimum service charge. I really appreciated his concern about resolving the problem quickly and just wanting to stay "on the clock." I highly recommend Absolute Electric. He is very professional.

Very efficient. Sean quickly identified the problem which eluded me and another handy home owner. (an electrical box covered up by drywall) I would recommend Absolute without hesitation.

Shauwn arrived on time... extremely professional and mission-oriented, he was tenacious in tracking down our particularly vexing circuit problem. Shauwn also provided us with a very reasonable estimate to replace our aging breaker panel and improve the electrical distribution network in our home. A pleasure to do busines with, Absolute Electric LLC is a solid organization. We will definitely use them for our breaker panel renovation project.
