I have been using About Maids for over 4 years now and I have always been extremely happy.
They are extremely professional and do a wonderful job everytime! Very thorough, they never miss anything!
I have used About Maids for over a year now. They have always done their 31 points of cleaning and more. One time they did forget something and they came back the next day free of charge with out any question. They are professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
This is my third cleaning service company and although I haven't been exstatic over any of them this I'd rate them as middle of the road in the less than stellar lineup. I never did get a 31 point cleaning, but ahve repeatedly been asked "what do you want us to do"? Well duh, how about clean the stuff that's dirty? They've been just OK. The crews are friendly but do not move too fast. I have stuff in my house that hasn't been cleaned in years despite the fact that I've used services, including theirs.
This service is the worst we have ever had. They broke a piece of our art. They did not follow their '31 Steps'. They never cleaned like they were supposed to-always had to stay after them to provide just basic service. They mopped the floors with dirty mops and the house always smelled bad when we came home. They used our vaccuum cleaner and clogged it and almost ruined it. They threw our dirty bed linen on the furniture when they made the bed.
