Judy and Ray are great. Love to go in the shop. They are always very friendly and helpful.
Visited two local shops looking for a new embroidery machine. First one told me prices & walked away. Came to Absolutely Fun & Judith already knew which machine I was interested in because she had taken the time to answer my email (the other store did not). Judith got the machine out & took the time to let me stitch out a design!!! Gave me all the info she had on it & answered all my questions. She has an in house tech to service machines on site. Her & her husband are super nice. Definitely earned me as a customer for life!
I am a beginner quilter. I sew with my church group, which I enjoy totally. I started working on a personal quilt and than took ill. When I was able I returned to Absolutely Fun Sewing for additional fabric, only to find out it's no longer available.Judith Winters is an "Absolute" Angel. With her expertise and patience with me, I was able to obtain the additional fabric needed and changing a few things on the finishing touches of my quilt. I have never been to another store that gives such wonderful customer service. Judy is VERY knowledgeable and is happy to help you with anything you need. She has beautiful fabric and it is top quality.
I just bought my 2nd machine from Absolutely Fun. I live out of town and I drive to Murfreesboro and bypass our local shop because of the spectacular service I always receive at Absolutely Fun!
I came in last week to get needles for my embroidery machine and was floored by the great service I received. I am very new to embroidery so of course I had questions and she walked me through everything and really helped me understand where I was going wrong. I was able to purchase the correct needles and thread at great prices! Thank you :)
