I dont think they can, after what they have done to their manager in Clarksville and how they are holding peoples stuff without reason. The majority of their loyal customers will not shop there again. The lack of support after purchasing a machine from this business is horrid. I purchased a expensive machine expecting to get lessons and received nothing. Not one person in the store knew how to work the machine. I travel 6 hrs now for service and assistance now, rather then go to this store which is in walking distance to my ... read more
Absolutely horrible customer service in the Clarksville store. They do not order items in a timely manner, and when you order thread they send the wrong colors, the fabric in Clarksville is old and not refreshed, mostly the same fabric for last three years. They also have property which belongs to other people, know they nor the store purchased it and refuse to release it citing inventory when it is really a petty reason. Trying to put a front out about other people to tarnish them when the truth is we know.
