The guy is a thief comes in sees the carpets acts like he cleaned it in 10minutes and starts yelling and throwing tantrum if he doesn’t get paid the full amount. Do not go with these guys. They do everything in cash aswell and will not sent you a receipt.
Mark was very nice and polite. He was able to book me in within the week. However the cleaning provided did not meet my satisfaction at all. All was done in 1 hr which seemed to be a bit rushed & my carpet & sofa set look exactly like they did before I had the cleaning done. All discolouration & stains are still present. If the stains were more of the focus in service I think the company would be able to meet the standards expected for this service.
We have kids and pets that are both hard on our carpets and furniture. They did a good job cleaning the dirt and stain! Now they look great.
Do not book with this company. Agreed on a date and time and they simply did not show up. I called them to see where they were, and the guy said that he will be there in 20 mins. I waited one hour after the call, and still no one showed up. I called again and the guy told me that he came to my place and called me, which he didn’t, and then just hung up. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
