I used Able roofing in 1988, then 1990, then again in 2007, and most recently in 2013. Every time they have been consistent in the way they do business as well, Steve the owner is still there calling the shots. I have 3 rental properties and they now all have Able roofs on them. I got a lifetime warranty on my house roof as well so maybe this is the last time I will need a roof?
I had a problem with a leak and the company that put it on 5 years ago could not fix the leak. Then they blamed on the shingle manufacturer and the shingle manufacturer blamed it on the roofer and I got stuck in the middle. After a year of arguing I gave up and looked for the best company I could find and that was Able Roofing. Great warranty is what sold me.
We own four commercial buildings totaling more than 75K sq ft and this company is maintaining the roofing on all of them. I've dealt with many commercial roofing contractors, but would ONLY recommend them.

The job site was kept clean and safe. My work was done right the first time. And Able Roofing adhered to our agreed upon schedule.
Absolutely the best waranty in the industry. Look at the small print when you buy and you will choose Able. Look beyond mystery internet reviews by dubious sources and you will then choose Able. Able Roofing has been in business since 1986. They have been awarded the Consumer Choice Award as the #1 roofing company in Central Ohio for customer satisfaction. Never again. Able sent one of their employees, who gave us an estimate and said the work would be guaranteed. Thousands of dollars later, the roof was done, and afterward, a different employee came out to tell us the roof would NOT be guaranteed. If I could give them 0 stars, I would have.
Worst service. Roof was done in 2003 and right after they installed very third day when I turned outside lights closer to roof caught on fire couldn't prove was due to nail in wiring since entire roof was gone. They installed it again in 2004 Feb. since then twice we had problem and now after 8 years all the shingles are coming of. Able would not stand behind there work since contractor signed for 5 year warranty.I would stay away from this company.
