Able roofing just put a new roof on our 40 year old home.I built the house myself in 1971 because we were working for other builders and couldn't stand their poor workmanship. Due to age we no longer feel safe on ladders. We have used Able on other projects, & found their work to be well done.This job was done in a short amount of time,by very capable workman & clean-up left nothing for me to do. resljs

I had a pretty bad experience with them. The roof has been leaking for months, and Able is just putting a handful of caulking here and there, and trying to get out of doing anything before the warranty expires. My husband finally got up there and found that the roof is fastened wrong, and the flashings are done incorrectly. After hearing that, Able is simply not calling back. We will be filing a BBB complaint. By the way, obviously, a bunch of bogus reviews here. How come two people have grandparents using Able and three (!)... read more

When the Able Roofing guy recommended extra ventilation we weren't sure it was the right thing to do considering the extra cost and since none of the other roofing companies who gave us bids suggested that. It worked out really well though since the bedrooms are a lot more comfortable and they also tell us the shingles should last longer. The Able Roofing folks just may be a bit more informed than some of the competition.

We have been using Able Roofing for the last three generations. My grandparents, my folks and now I am using them for our roofing. We're all very happy with Able Roofing.

They said the job would be finished in one day and it was. We also could use our AARP membership card for an additional discount. Very happy with Able.

I'd say these guys know what they are doing. My wife knows one of the employees at Able who has been employed there for over 10 years so she thought they would be a safe bet. Our estimator, Mike came to our home and did a thorough job of explaining things and thep price was less than we had thought. They came in went in one day - cleaned up, too. The boys worked their rears off. I'd have to give them an A+.

My elderly parents just contracted with Able and they went the extra mile to make them happy. My father is hard of hearing and the sales guy took extra time with him to make sure he understood everything they were doing. In fact, after my dad signed the contract the saleman called me to explain everything just to be sure I was comfortable with everything. We had 2 estimates and Able was a better price and much better warranty. My Dad is really happy, too
