The stucco and chimney work they performed was excellent. Josh, the lead contractor, answered all of my questions and couldn't have been more helpful. The guys that performed the work were courteous and made sure the yard was completely clean before they left. Thanks Able!

Could this company be less professional? I doubt it. We told the receptionist several times that we wanted a quote, not an estimate, and she seemed to understand. She said she would relay that message to the person who came out. A guy in a truck with no logo drove up, got out without a clipboard or any other material, and approached us without saying anything. He wasn't wearing a name tag and didn't seem to know who we were. He said "You need a new roof?" We said yes, and we wanted a quote and not an estimate. He got a sneer... read more

Bad experience with ABLE. Someone came out to do our estimate, and told us we would receive a phone call in a couple days to schedule the re-roofing. Two weeks went by, and we didn't hear from anyone. After I made several phone calls, we were finally put on the schedule to have our roof done. The roof itself was done well, but they left damage to our house. Much of the decking was replaced, and in the process they shattered a large picture frame and a glass bottle in our attic. Our experience with Mr. Roof was excellent. The roof installation was completed in one day, as promised. The follow up was great, answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. I would recommend Mr. Roof to family and friends.

I give these guys 5 stars since they did exactly what they said they would do on a terrible day. I had a bad leak and though that they would cancel. The man who came to the door noted that if it were his home he would want the leak stopped and that is why he came out - and the leak is fixed!!!!

Able Roofing just won the Consumer Choice Award again for obvious reasons. We chose them for that reason and were not disappointed. The price was very good too and they were very very nice to deal with.

They did my garage roof and I am going to have them do my house next year. they promised me that the shingle would match. I hope it does but they did good work.

Able did my parents roof 25 years ago and in fact I still lived at home. It was a natural for me to use them as they are a lot bigger and have a good reputations. They did a nice job.

When my roof started leaking they are the only company I called. I felt the price was fair and the service was extremely good. I liked the customer contact which seems to be missing with a lot of service companies in this day and age. There is likely a reason that they dominate in Central Ohio and have been around forever.
