I personally work in an extreme customer service driven industry. Rich Robinson is the definition of customer service. He’s knowledgeable, thoughtful, and covered every inch of the process for our roof replacement. Highly recommend him as well as the entire crew. Hard working, on time, communicative and took the time to ensure everything was done properly.
Able Salesman was the best (polite, thorough & tireless) in working with our insurance to make sure we’d have no out-of-pocket expenses. Our long overdo new roof and gutters transformed our home to look like new. Overall, Able made an otherwise stressful situation into a grateful, happy outcome. Highly recommend Able.

Brian and his boss Larry don't want to actually help you if you are dealing with an insurance claim! Don't waste 3 months like I did trying to work with a company that only worries about gouging you as much as they can and then refuse to help you after 3 months.
