All the customer service/warranty reps were always very kind while I was freaking out. Dan came back 3 times trying to resolve the issue and, yes, I believe the problem has been solved. He as always kind.
Don't give these people the time of day!!! I recently called for a roof leak in which their "warranty Dept" said I was covered until 2038 and "David" would be out Tuesday between 9-11.I took the day off and David never showed. I called the office and they had no record of me calling. After multiple calls X2 weeks I'm told by Josh they've been through two computer systems since my install and he can't find my record, I told him to walk over to records they have no problem pulling it up. Andrew L. was incredibly helpful and instrumental in getting our gutter system replaced. We had a significant leak (with heavy rain) that ran from the roof, to our sunroom and living room. Prior to engaging with Andrew our insurance brought in a “claims specialist” to assess the leak. They stated it was due to regular wear and tear of poor caulking. Our new gutters and gutter guards solved all of our problems. No more gutters pulling away from the house and over flowing. The install was quick and clean. The new gutters handled all of the heavy rain since with ease.
EDIT: Able replaced my siding in July 2026 and did a fabulous job. From working with Zach to choose the siding and trim, to the awesome crew, to Amber in the office, the people were great and the process was smooth start to finish. The end result - what looks like a new house (see photo). I've had so many neighbors stop by and comment about how terrific it looks + friends and family have raved about the job well done!
