I can’t believe their closing this place and firing everybody. We’ve been coming here for more than two years and all the staff starting from the wonderful woman at the desk are so incredible amazing. They’ve always been extremely nice, they don’t treat people as just patients and numbers, you can tell they actually care, they’re professionals and great humans, we’re so sad we have to take our son to some other place. Terrible servicio,hay una enfermera que si le grita a las personas,para qué trabaja allí si no tiene paciencia,y los doctores siempre dicen q todo está bien,aunque tu como madre sepas que algo anda mal con tu hijo @
Impossible to rectify a billing problem [how often does that occur and how frustrating is that]. They only have an answering service that takes a message and returns calls to you [at least hours, but usually days later]. Ridiculous, and then they start charging penalties if the bill is not promptly dispatched.
I give them a two because When I first brought my kids here it was a very friendly nice place! They were seen here for about 3 years, Then One nurse they have started having a terrible way to talk to patients parents. Because the office is so small, I had to experience overhearing negative comments about parents, then if you call because you are concern about your kids health and bring them in and its nothing, they give you a look!
