RecommendedBen with ABI is hands down the most thorough inspector I have ever used. His reports show the professionalism and dedication he puts towards his job. Every item in question comes with pictures and a detailed description as to what is wrong with said item and why. My wife and I have been looking at several houses and he gave EXTREME detail to the pros and cons of buying an older home. I will use Ben again and would reccomend him to anyone looking at a house, new or otherwise. Thanks Ben!
As a first time home buyer, I was very nervous about inspections. Ben was such a pleasure to work with and made this a very positive experience for me. Ben is THE best! As first-time homebuyers, and hearing other homebuying horror stories, finding an honest and knowledgeable home inspector was super important to us. Ben was absolutely the best! He was on the ball, responded quickly when he received our request and was so professional. He was very thorough and we can trust going in that we will not be having any huge surprises. It has been a comfort to know he did a thorough inspection as we get ready to purchase our new home. His results were sent to us with detailed pictures also the very next day. I truly can't say enough good things about ABI (Ben). He was very kind and respectful to both parties.
