Ben came highly recommended, and I can now see why. His 'one house per day' policy, combined with the technology that he uses means that he finds issues that others may miss. This was certainly the case with us and his inspection gave us piece of mind that we knew exactly what we were getting into with our new property. Yes, there are cheaper options available, but do you really want to take a chance with a home purchase?
