RecommendedWe used Ben on a home we were purchasing but that home fell through. We tried to use him on the home we are purchasing now but he is not licensed in the state, so we had to go with another inspector. We liked the people we used, nothing bad to say about them but Ben was by far more “into” what he was doing. He was extremely thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Ben, highly.
