RecommendedWe used Ben on a home we were purchasing but that home fell through. We tried to use him on the home we are purchasing now but he is not licensed in the state, so we had to go with another inspector. We liked the people we used, nothing bad to say about them but Ben was by far more “into” what he was doing. He was extremely thorough and very professional. I highly recommend Ben, highly.

Ben with ABI is hands down the most thorough inspector I have ever used. His reports show the professionalism and dedication he puts towards his job. Every item in question comes with pictures and a detailed description as to what is wrong with said item and why.
