Being this the first time visiting this medical office and thus, Dr. Patil, I was really impressed with his professionalism and putting me at ease with his explanations of what to expect. I highly recommend him.

I have had Crohn's disease for over 40 years. When I moved to Florida, I found Dr Patil. Very nice man but doesnt know crap about gastroenterology. He tried to tell me I dont have the disease and kept putting me on medications that didnt work. Now have found best Dr in Florida elsewhere.
Two local gastrointestinal specialists advised having my cecum removed when a second flat polyp was seen. I researched a "new" approach to removing and treating them usuing colonoscopy instruments, and found online the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville was the only place at that time in Florida where it was done. The first flat polyp was removed surgically by intestinal resection which is major surgery. I took a neighbor for her colonoscopy to Dr. Patil and mentioned my problem to him.
