My. Appointment was scheduled for 11 AM Monday, and even though I received the message Friday late afternoon saying my appointment was canceled I decided to go to my appointment anyways since my doctor sent another referral authorization letter on Friday afternoon to your office. But when I got there, I explain the whole situation to the girl at the desk. She claimed that I was going to have to pay out-of-pocket since they did not receive the letter and I asked her to check again to see if the letter was there from Friday. S... read more
The short wait time was very much appreciated. Doctor Patil is always professional, competent and takes time to explain next treatment steps that make sense. I am pleased that telehealth appointments are also available, as I live 50 miles away.
The office staff was friendly, the wait was short, and Dr. Patil was top-notch.
