They took my old mattresses. The online website was very easy to use and set up. The price was cheaper than most places I had contacted. They don't really answer many phone calls but if you leave your number on the message machine they will call you back. Overall I give 4 stars. Good service. It's disappointing that you have to pay to dispose of mattress but at least they can help you. I recommend using this company.
