My family and I really enjoyed the stay at one of the Big Bear Vacation rentals Bear Ridge #1021. It had a great fenced in backyard so that my dogs could run around and my children. The place was clean and cozy. The fireplace and the fuseball table was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone.
We were looking for a cabin as a base of operations for a motorcycle weekend. We were offered this wonderful cabin. It is centrally located well decorated and meticulosly maintained. It woulld also be a perfect cabin for snow activities during the winter. Check in staff was quick and pleasant as well. Would recommend to family and friends.
Clean, cozy, and comfortable – We loved this cabin. 1021 was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The fenced in backyard was perfect for bringing our two dogs. They had a great time and so did we! We definitely plan to come back.
Clean and welcoming – This Cabin is better in person. The picture for unit 878 does not do justice. The location is fantastic, neighborhood is great, parking is for 2 cars, awesome backyard, fantastic Spa, great interior design and floor plan. BIG BEAR COOL CABINS – These people are total scammers!! We are a professional couple and rented a cabin through this along with another family. We had nothing but problems with the home and the owner was more than willing to compensate us for our troubles until the housekeeping staff came through and accused us of damaging the place. We googled the company and found out this was a repeat practice. BBB gave them an "F" rating. Meanwhile we are now currently in a legal battle with the company.
Do not go with this agency - plenty of better ones at B.B. – After doing a lot of research, we decided to stay at a cabin offered by BBCC. We did so mainly because they were participating in the Chamber of Commerce's "stimulus package." So, we were supposed to receive a $50 certificate to help offset the cost (of our $900+ rental) when we checked in. STAY AWAY from Big Bear Cool Cabins! – Absolutely STAY AWAY! We were just there and just after we booked our cabin, we read the reviews and the reviews warned us that the bedsheets and towels were not clean. So, we brought our own sheets and towels. And when we got there to check-in, they routed us to another office after the fact that parking there was horrible! finally we got to check-in, got our key code and directions....they gave us the WRONG Directions to our cabin!!! Big Bear Cool Cabins: Worst Customer Service Ever. Confusing Reservation Process – Simply put...Use another company!! Big Bear Cool Cabins reserved my stay with my credit card but were quick to give me homework to do-- making it confusing to say the least. They were adamant that my reservation WAS NOT COMPLETE until I followed through by faxing back a form they emailed me a couple days later. Worst Rental Company Ever! Stay Away – Rented from Cool Cabins recently and it was the pits. I would highly recommend staying away from this company. They rented me a cabin that had serious problems like no heat, no hot water, dirty linens and sheets. The furniture was old and many things were broken. Do yourself a favor and do your homework.
