Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Was this provider's office too loud? No, it wasn't too loud Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located

Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, they were immaculate! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient. Would you recommend this provider to others? Yes
