Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Would you recommend this endocrinologist to others? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne

Is this business handicap-accessible? Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this endocrinologist's office? They were average

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment

Yes, they were immaculate! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
