They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there.
Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen
They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
