RecommendedThis place is now my favorite in Philadelphia and that says something. The food is amazing, the music is diverse, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and the kitchen executes at an extremely high level. The bacon and egg cream is fantastic for dessert, the veal tacos are amazing, and the chicken liver mousse is totally different than you would think as a novice. The black pearl is a wonderful drink! We will be back. Don’t let this gem get away from you. There is a reason it is so well reviewed!
Tonight was our first time dining at Abe Fisher and it definitely won’t be our last. We did the tasting and every course was phenomenal and delicious bursting with flavor to crave. The drinks were unique and perfect. Employees were top notch, friendly, and efficient. We are looking forward to our next meal here as we want to try EVERYTHING on the menu. My only regret was that I didn’t discover this place sooner.

I had one of the best meals of my life here last night. Sincerely. It’s also a great “see? You don’t have stuff like this around you, do you? That’s because you live in the sticks!” restaurant to show out-of-towners.

When my wife and I “picked three” we were supposed to “pick three each” which meant that after sampling a dish compliments of the chef we ended up sampling 7 dishes! With room for dessert and coffee.
Service and food were both top notch.
