My car was towed on 3-28-25 early in the morning. I called to see how much it would be and as soon as some lady answered she said hold and I was on hold for almost 9 minutes. She came back and told me the price. I went when I got off work. Some young girl helped me. She was rude and very dry. No one has a good time when their car has been towed. We are all unhappy, irritated and frustrated. We tend to take out our negative feelings on the office staff. I am no different than the majority of people who have had their car towed. Miscommunication between the apartment complex and myself was a major reason the car was towed so yea I was not a happy person and was not looking forward to the process. Eli was great. I had a flat tire and he was there in less than 10 minutes. Great service. I would have been stranded without him.
