Extremely frustrating experience. I came to retrieve my own vehicle and was having trouble remembering the full license plate number. I explained that I knew the first three characters, knew the exact make/model of the vehicle, had the physical key with me, and was willing to provide information to prove the vehicle was mine. Typical late night poachers stealing peoples vehicles parked in the visitor section of apartment complexes. Shady business practices and rude employees. Hopefully complaint to state regulators will get them shut down. Also had damage to left front control arm after the illegal tow.

This place is a joke. They will charge you extra fees added to what they quoted you and you have no choice to pay or they keep your car. Rude and unprofessional people working for this company. Greed will eventually get to them in bad karma. So, after I read their response and called them back, I was told that there is nothing they will do that even tho I was "only verbally" qouted one price, and that the add ons are something they have no control of., that was their final answer and that's it....don't you just love how thes... read more

Terrible service. My car was impounded last Saturday, and when I went to pick it up the next morning, they charged me $321.76—claiming a full day had already passed. The receptionist was rude, and when I got my car back, items were missing: my phone charger, $100 I had in the glove compartment, my glasses, and a gift card I was carrying. I don't understand why they opened my car.
