Will never get tow service from them again. I had a service done last year and the lady that dispatched the driver was extremely disrespectful. They also did a bait and switch they told us one price then after the hooked up the truck and towed it to the destination they told us there was an added fee of $100 that needed to be paid. Very unprofessional and bad service. Even the tow truck driver was giving us attitude for no reason like we were inconveniencing him. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They were nice inspite of the circumstances. Dont ever want to have to come back lol ... but again staff was outstanding so it won't b a bad experience.
I hated that I got my car towed but I love that it was at your location. The ladies there are so AWESOME! They were so helpful and so super friendly that I didn't mind getting my car released back to me. The guys were super kind and helpful. The experience was Great! Thank you 😊 for being so amazing.
Predatory practices. Cost $330 to get my friend's car out of the lot. No explanation on why the fee is so high. They only had her car for a few hours and it was that high. Literal robbery.
