Predatory practices. Cost $330 to get my friend's car out of the lot. No explanation on why the fee is so high. They only had her car for a few hours and it was that high. Literal robbery.
My friend’s car was towed from my apartment visitor lot within ~20 minutes — so yes, while unfortunate, it was technically our mistake. But what followed at this facility was one of the most disorganized and questionable experiences I’ve seen. We called the number provided by my apartment and got nothing but an automated system with 0 help. We then drove to the lot within 10–15 minutes, where the front desk told us the car “wasn’t there”. What a place. It's the stuff of predatory nightmares getting your car back from here. Helped my young cousin get her car back from here and it's looks like a prison, then they only allow one person in to pay and get her car. It's a spooky and the place is falling apart.
Natasha had great customer service. Very friendly and so kind.
