So incredibly rude and downright hostile. Not only do they snag your vehicle and damage it in the process, but the inconvenience of $346.21 cash only (no change!) and then just downright rude makes this vulture like organization a stain on society. I get people need to make a living but this place is awful.
Tarra & Natasha were AMAZING!! We purchased a 2006 Nissan truck from an auction in September and was given NOTHING but trouble from our local tag/registration office about transferring the registration. All because the paperwork was in 2 different colors of ink our local office were petty and knit picked the whole situation, refusing to do their jobs!! The lady at front desk was very rude and dry, but i was very nice to her and spoke to her very nice. She needs to be nice and cool with customers, she has to leave all her personal issues at her house
