Easy peasy..they made it so easy to adopt..and everyone was so friendly!!
It would be nice if your vet techs actually provided correct information, instead we got incorrect info from 4 different people. Then when checking out, I am handed meds for my dog, I ask if someone is going to go over them with me and was told " the directions are on the bottle". Then I was told I would be speaking with a Gretta, and when I asked for her the same chick that told me directions were on the bottle, said for what? I preceded to tell her because no one here knows what they are talking about and she wanted to try... read more

This place is a joke. I took my dog there two week ago as a walk in and was seen in about 30 min which was awesome they did all there stuff and I was out of there in about two hours not to bad for being a walk in. Now to today his two week follow up appt at 1 o'clock got there 15 mins early and sat for a hour before being called the vet tech said let me grab the vet this will be quick it's just a follow up sat in another room for 20 more min before having enough of all this waiting just for a follow up appt.
