The staff is very helpful. I called to get more information. They took the time to answer all my questions. I wanted to make sure it was worth my time to run out their from Zephyrhills. It was because when I arrived an inquired about 2 Beagles. They then told me about Bert. He was adopted but returned. He wasn't happy being by himself. He had a bonded brother that was adopted. He was lost without him. He is much happier here with Nicki. He has made himself right at home. Thanks again.

Great experience....EXCEPTIONAL customer service, all around. Not sure how my dog felt considering he was getting .....well you know...part of his manhood removed, but they did send him home with a lovely parting gift....cone of shame....Big Thanks. Highly recommended for service and value
I got zero information on my chip when I chipped my cat. The staff seem very lazy. I call to ask a couple simple questions. I get pushed on hold or the girl wants to throw me to somebody else or they give me a quick answer and hang up. Rude staff and they act like they don't care.
I adopted my dog in June. I was informed that she had a yeast infection in her ears and provided medication. after a couple of weeks it did not clear up so when we took her to the vet they found a bacterial and yeast infection. she had to be sedated to have her ears cleaned, and the medication provided worked immediately. I also took her for a puncture wound on her leg which the vet gave us antibiotics for. this did not clear up, so I had her x-rayed and have found that she has a pin in her leg that is coming loose.
