The veterinarian part is a bit frustrating as yes it's hard to ever catch somebody on the phone or make an appointment but when we did have to go there to put our dog down, yes it was a great experience as far as it could have been for the situation. The adoption side I have always been a great fan of. we've gotten a cat from there and our most recent puppy.
