Everytime I have taken my dog there they have been GREAT! I was out of state and something happened to my dog, and they called me to update me everytime they had new information. The only thing that bothers me is that it is so hard to get someone to answer the phone when you call, 9/10 times you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. I understand they are very busy though, so I'm guessing that is why. Either way, I have all good things to say about their care for my dog so far!
We had to put our dog of 12 years down today. We were met with respectful staff. Of course we were heartbroken but April, from the front, was extremely compassionate and made a horrible time bearable.
