quality and reliability I have used ABC for over 10 years and they always impress me with their fast service, great technicians, and quality work. I recommend them to everyone I know because I know I can trust them to get the job done!

I called ABC Plumbing to replace my garbage disposal since I had used them before for an electrical job and they had done a nice job. HOWEVER, when they arrived at my condo they quoted $1100-$1300 to replace the disposal!!! I cannot imagine ANY disposal/installation worth that kind of money so I refused their service, called a 5 star plumbing company and it was replaced for $275 this morning. ABC did nothing but attempt to rip me off, and I will never recommend them again to anyone.

Install guys are great but customer service after the fact is through the floor. I spent over 10 grand on a new ac install with duct work and literally had to ensure all the scheduling happened myself. After half the work was done I had to jump through hoops just to get the second half done. And now after spending over 10 grand and ABC calling me to schedule an AC startup they donâ??t even have me on the schedule and have no idea what Iâ??m talking about. Never again. Save your money and move on to anyone else but these guys... read more

Mike D'Alessandro from ABC was great! He was friendly, clean, and very knowledgeable. I'm a general contractor and have worked with many HVAC technicians through the years so I know good ones when I see them. Mike definitely had experience and knew what he was doing. He was also very honest about the servicing and suggested repairs. He wasn't just trying to push me to do expensive work that wasn't necessary. Definitely ask for Mike D'alessandro if you use ABC!

We were facing the prospect of a weekend of 90 + degree weather this weekend without the benefit of air conditioning. The unit was working 2 days ago!! What the? We called ABC and they were able to send someone out the same day. Our HVAC technician, Anthony H. was very personable and, to be honest, a pretty hilarious human (and former rocker and sound man from Britain) - but most of all, very knowledgeable. ABC quoted me $389 - $800 to replace a plastic piece in my toilet. I'm a senior and complained about price . They took the broken part. Refused to answer 3 phone calls or to return the part. I went to Home Depot and bought the part for $8 and a handyman installed it in 10 minutes. ABC said they might have to take the whole toilet up. I'm a senior who feels I was almost ripped off by a unscrupulous company. NEVER trust this company.

I was comparing several HVAC companies and saw ABC had good ratings. So, I called and went with them. When I talked to one of the customer service she told me that their HVAC is $99. So, I thought what a great deal. I even went over the price with the customer service & clarify with her. She told me that each of my HVAC maintenance with coupon would be $60 & total of $120 for both.
