provided me with great service – Not Sure why others rated the way they did! I have ALWAYS had positive experiences with ABC. I noticed there are 2 listings for them (check out the one with A ABC which has 2 great ratings as well). They are both the same company. I have used ABC before and have been very pleased with all the technicians that have been to my home. They are very courteous and explain everything to me. I can't think of anything they could do better.
Buyer Beware! – I called ABC Plumbing to repair a small leak located at a "tee". To cut our the pipe and replace it they quoted $799. I asked how long it would take and he said about two hours. Knowing this was outrageous I declined service and they charged me $59 (of which they failed to mention when I booked the appt.) I called two licensed polumbers and each quoted me around $150 to complete this job. I called ABC and advised them they were 4x higher and they defended their quote stating they were more "thorough" than eve... read more
