The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. No, they take every concern of mine seriously Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician? Yes, they are respected Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Yes, and my child likes them

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They were very kind and professional, and never made me feel like I was a bad parent even if I disagreed with them on some parenting issues. They knew what a difficult task it was to be a parent, and made sure they encouraged me. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. My son was a patient of this office (Dr. Motley/Dr. Solaro) for quite some time. This was because Dr. Motley was listed as a preferred provider in my insurance network and I wanted to avoid a 45 minute drive to another provider. Fortunately, my son was only seen at this office a few times over the course of 3 years. The Dr.'s themselves are average; however, the office staff is reprehensibly inadequate and unprofessional.
