Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this pediatrician have bright, child-friendly examining rooms? Yes, they were bright and child-friendly If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day? Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Does the pediatrician over-treat your child for simple ailments? Not at all! They give my child exactly what he/she needs Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? Yes, in fact they had two separate rooms! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Was this pediatrician friendly? I didn't feel very welcome Is this provider's business conveniently located? Yes, it is very conveniently located Did this pediatrician have good bedside manner and were they well-liked by your child? Their bedside manner was OK, but my child doesn't care for them Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing

Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? No, they didn't get upset

Did this pediatrician allow you to be with your child at all times? Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this pediatrician's waiting room have separate areas for "sick" and "well" children? No, they made everyone sit together

If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? Yes, they respected my decision Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Did this provider rush your appointment? No Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They won't be getting a recommendation from me. They didn't care that I was uncomfortable with my child getting certain vaccinations, they forced my child to get every single one. Was this provider late to your appointments? No, they were on time Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this pediatrician have toys, magazines or TV's in the waiting room? Yes, they had everything for kids of all ages
