Every staff member is caring,friendly and professional,each of them thorough and knowledgeable in the capacity in which they work. Through every process they make sure you are comfortable and pain free. The physical environment is as lovely as all of Dr.K's staff with a pleasant waiting room (not that I have ever had enough time to even finish a magazine article as I have never waited very long),to the state of the art exam and procedure area. So glad I found a dental facility I truly trust in every way.
The receptionist are so rude and unprofessional. Since the first day an insurance representative explained them about my benefits, today they Did charge money for my cleaning, I asked them to check with the insurance and they refused to do it, I requested for a refund until Confirm with my insurance, the receptionist yelled and laughed at me treating me to make more charges to my credit card, and instead giving me a refund She double charge it.
