He did a good job. His is a well informed individual who explained what I will need to do if this problem occurs again and how to maintain my a/c system. The price was within the budget I planned. I give him a 5 star rating
my ac system wasnt cold enough. i got online and found the pros but omar was calling me within five minutes of submiting my inquiring. we talked and omar with his knowledge gave me an idea of what the problem was just by talking over the phone. the next day omar came out and within 30 minutes he had solved my ac problem on my lunch hour from work.
They showed up when they said they would (same day), and were able to fix my A/C in about 30 min.! They were professional, courteous, and I felt like they were honest.
Omar was very courtious and professional and did a great job working with us on our system needs...particularly with regrdas to the warranty work and part aquisition.
VERY courteous/knowledgeable/and PROMPT. Got a 3 hour response on a last minute call on a Saturday afternoon. They took time to research my Carrier unit and find that 9 recalls had been issued since its mfg. date in 2006. They referred me to the original installer to set up recall maintenance at no cost to me. THANKS GUYS!
Omar is very great about getting you a great deal on your repairs. He works great with your schedule and is will to do anything to get the job done.
Excellent customer service. Omar will ensure that the job is done to the customer's satisfaction. A follow up by the owner reassured me that customer service was paramount with this company. Te overall price was reasonable. I will use ABC Service Express for routine maintanance in the future.
