Omar is very nice and straight forward. He gets in and out in a timely manner. They replaced two of our A/C systems in a reasonable time.
I used Omar's team to replace the A/C unit for my rental property in Houston. When I sought him out to find out which units were best and see if my property manager was recommending a good unit, he went out of his way to share rating information with me from Consumer Reports. they are very good, and good value, just a little more time spent on follow up would be nice.
Fast and explained everything in terms I understood. Gave me several options to fix problem.
Fast & efficient. I think the price was too high.
They are really fast to response my request and show here on time. They quickly find the a short circuit in external wires. Their price is also very good. However they break the in-wall wiring when try to fix the problem, which I guess I have to spend more money to fix. I am also wondering why they need to pull in-wall wiring to fix the external short circuit.
They were fast and able to fix our A/C problem the same day. They were also the lowest priced. There was a problem with the wiring that they did, so I had to call to have them come back out and fix it. I had to leave three messages, over several days, before they returned my call and scheduled a time to redo the wiring. They came back and fixed the problem, but it took longer than I would have liked.
