Jack and his team saved me and my client when we found out their property had mold. I needed someone to come out and take care of it immediately. Jack was able to get his crew out there and solve the problem within a few days. He was efficient and we were able to get through escrow without any delays. In May 2015 my hot water heater sprung a leak. It happened sometime after my dog watcher came by in the morning and before she came back in the afternoon. She shut off the water, opened the windows, and set up some fans. Fortunately most of the water had drained into the crawlspace and not made it to the livingroom hardwood floor. I rarely write reviews, but Barry and his crew showed up earlier than expected which was a pleasant change from many companies I've used in the past. I personally manage over 125 residential apartments. It was a saving grace to have a company like Abbott's Fire and Flood to call in an emergency, which is stressful especially when after hours. I appreciate both the quick response and quality of work they provide. They are truly second to none.
