The FreeStyle Libre 14 day system is a JOKE! The system purchased through a pharmacy did not work. A new sensor was sent. That did not work. A Third sensor was sent. That did not work. In my last phone call with them they advised they do not refund money to anyone! Be forewarned! If the system you purchase does not work, they will just keep sending you replacements with the hope that the next one will work. If it doesn't, you are out of luck. We are out approximately $130 and they don't even care.
Hallo, ich finde es nicht ok, dass die "neuen" Freestyle libre Geräte an leute verkauft werden, die sie teuer auf ebay weiterverkaufen und nicht an diejenigen, die sie wirklich gebrauchen können. Ich stehe schon sehr lange auf der Liste und habe noch nichts gehört. Alle registrierten Benutzer mit Account kaufen mehrfach die Geräte und verkaufen sie zu hohen Preisen auf diversen Plattformen. Ist das so wirklich durchdacht?? Ich hoffe mal Sie bekommen noch Konkurrenz, welche schneller und besser an die Kunden herankommt.......... read more
The software for the Freestyle Precision Neo meter (FreeStyle Auto-Assist Neo Software) ... what a JOKE! The US site does not offer it for download, the Canada site blocks you from downloading, and all the others let you download and install it, Except.... It does NOT work under Windows XP, VISTA, Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1, or Windows 10. I called and got a "We will have to have someone get back to you, Sir" answer. If this meter was not ready for the marketplace, maybe it should of not been released? Mmm.. This just makes th... read more
