The Zagat Survey and L.A. Weekly have both dubbed this place the “best pizza” joint of West LA. If that doesn’t convince prospective pizza-lovers, then perhaps one of their ultimate gourmet pies with bagel-dough crust will do the trick. For picky eaters, the option of choosing a sauce and topping is available; pick alfredo sauce and tequila lime marinated chicken, for example, or olive pesto sauce with mushrooms. The Salad Pizza and Breakfast Pizza are local favorites. The place itself is small yet decorate... read more

So...Does the pepperoni come with the pepperoni pizza? – When it comes to Venice, I have never been disappointed with its pizza offerings. There just seems to be so much to choose from, and this competition creates a high standard. Abbot's Pizza was a reccommendation given to me while I was shopping cruiser bikes in San Gabriel, an hour away. Since I was on my way to Venice that day, I thought I would check it out. Now if you have been searching New York style, thin crust pizza that is local, I would say your pilgrimage is o... read more
Best Pizza in L.A. – I know it's not much of a title. It's kind of like Jean-Claude VanDamme being the best kick-boxer in Belgium. Nonetheless, I think that Abbot's makes the best pizza in L.A. Blame it on Wolfgang and his BBQ chicken abhorration, but L.A. is not known for pizza. Abbot's is the exception. Their crust is great. Plain cheese for me please. Keep it up Abbot's. The vegans can kiss my butt. You should go to the Ballona wetlands and drink some swampwater. You've made a choice to be inconvenient; don't expect the w... read more
Killer Crust – The toppings at this joint are pretty top notch, but it's the crust that turns their pizza's int real winners. I recommend ordering, leaving, then picking up, as there's not much atmosphere to speak of.
Great PIzza – I dont know why it is that here in LA people want a fu&*in valet and a BJ for getting into there car and driving a block or two. This PIZZA Place is awesome, Its tiny its crowded and just like any real pizzeria you would see in my neighborhood! So F$%^ the hype its just great fu**ing pizza like you should get, I am not sure about all the foo foo shee shhee sh*t the hotties were eating but the regular cheese made me feel like I was back in Brooklyn. There are some good places on the West side so f**k all the eas... read more
not vegan friendly – they advertise that they're vegan friendly, but they refused to make a vegan pizza, claiming they were too busy. i think that reflects pretty poorly on their service in general. i've never been to a restaurant that couldn't make an item on the menu because they were too busy.
Best New York Style Pizza on the Westside! – For thin-crust, fold-n-eat pizza, I have yet to find better than Abbot's. I would frequently walk down here from work and grab a slice to go. Their toppings are simple and straightforward but very very good. I'd like to order an entire pie from here sometime.
Okay...overrated – i think its just ok...they very creative pizzas to choose from which is fun. But, i think its overrated and expensive.
Good Pizza, Good music, Good Service, and great atmosphere – This place is GREAT!! and the bagel crust is also really good. This place has ecclectic feel to it. There is always music playing and 9 times out of 10 the employees are singing along with it. I work down the street 2 to 3 nights a week and always make sure i get to work early so i can stop by and have a slice or 2. BIG portion small price when you buy by the slice. They have combinations that you would never think of including SALAD PIZZA for you health nuts! My f... read more
Dry pizza with low flavor. – I don't know what the draw is. I went there and the pizza was dry with low flavor. Very over rated.
