Waste of time. Waste of money. Went in excited, left angry. My one star review is because their mistake is now going to cost me triple what I expected. Judy was friendly and helpful, and patient even when I was clearly angry. The receptionists had a pile of food garbage littered across their desk and a keyboard. It was gross. Judy actually called me shortly after my visit to apologize for their flippant behaviour as well. Dr. Phyllis Ho was a great optometrist!! She was very thorough and explained everything in detail!! Highly recommend!
