Do NOT apply! they are not to be trusted. I've seen some mixed employee reviews and reviews of people that interviewed there so I was hesitant. It was mentioned that they fire people regularly because of the quotas and has a high turnover. However, I decided to go on an interview with them being a optical company as I'm looking for another job wanting to see what they're about. They are not fair in the interviewing process. This place is a huge waste of time, the interviews are group interviews, and they only hire like 1 person per group.. it’s a backwards kind of interview, almost feels like you’re in orientation without the job, they go over benefits and schedules, but when you don’t get the job you’re completely ghosted, no email or call saying you didn’t get the job.
