They have my business every time. I went to every Cycle shop in Springfield and they answered all of our questions and very knowledgeable. The service here is the best that we had. So thank you to the Great staff, my husband will have his first Trek!
This Christmas marks the second time I've gone into A&B expecting to look around but not buy because new bikes are too expensive. Both times I've left with a bike that perfectly fit my needs and for a price I could live with.
A&B is a great bike shop with a friendly helpful crew. They will set you up and get you dialed in on a sweet new ride. When you need some repairs and maintenance they will get you back out rolling as good as new. A&B is also a great supporter of cycling events in the Ozarks and are always there to help at rides & races. Thanks A&B Cycle!!!
Went there and they helped me order my new fuel ex 5 27.5 plus in a xxl. Let's just say after having the bike a couple weeks I couldn't be happier with the advice I got from their crew there at A&B. The bike fits me perfect and it handles excellent. Also they have a very knowledgeable and fun staff there at A&B cycle. Easy to talk to and eager to answer any questions you might have for them. Thanks a lot guys!
This store is terrible. Staff is always rude and not very knowledgeable. I have shopped at A&B on several different occasions, and each time the staff has been snotty and tried to "one up" me. As if I have not been riding bikes for almost 20 years. Today I witnessed a customer come in this store in overalls, and the staff began to make fun if this person and treated the customer like his money was not good enough. Will never shop here nor will recommend anyone shop here either.
